So, all the plugins are random server plugins I found through searching. rate of fire (soldier 76 shoots a lot in overwatch), an aimbot plugin (which is server-only so it's legal, but pretty ineffective) and I intended to remove falloff but the existing plugins seemed to be broken.
I retextured the baby face blaster myself (hence my name on the gun). I didn't even retexture it so much as recolor, but I did that to match his normal gun. I also replaced the shooting sound of the gun with the one soldier 76's gun uses. Similarly i made the hitsound a bottlecap popping (which is what overwatch's hitsound is, but it's not available so i had to just pick a similar one)
I manually replaced all of scouts voicelines with Soldier 76 ones. It took much longer than I wanted. Is there an automated way to do it? Probably, but I don't know how so I did it one by one.
The map is an urban cargo one, I thought the car fit overwatch theme a little more than normal carts would. Plus i was bored of default tf2 maps.
Map is pl_urban_cargo, the tactical lens overlay was made in post through editing (soldier 76 yelling his ult and the lens overlay on the screen, these don't happen ingame because i'm not smart enough to create that)
Uhhh that's pretty much everything, I bought the items for a soldier 76 logo if anybody cares about that. I made the outro animation myself, like I always do.
