Mouse's day is full of big moments and bigger feelings. But with each step forward―jumping to shake off fear, accepting a friend's comforting hug, or simply pausing to breathe―he builds his courage toolkit. Because taking a brave journey doesn't mean you have to be fearless. It means you know how to just keep going.
About Read Aloud Edu:
Read Aloud Edu provides authentic, human-narrated read-aloud experiences designed to support children’s literacy and language development. My readings encourage active listening while helping children build vocabulary, comprehension, listening skills, emotional awareness, and a love of reading.
When appropriate, I incorporate educational guidance such as vocabulary explanations, comprehension questions, and prompts that encourage children to think, listen, and engage with the story. These readings also provide children learning English as an additional language with opportunities to hear and engage with natural English through children’s literature.
My educational background includes a degree in Hearing, Speech and Language Science, TEFL certification, and experience teaching English as a second language and working with individuals with disabilities. This background informs my focus on language, communication, listening, and accessible learning experiences.
Read Aloud Edu is an educational resource for families, educators, homeschoolers, and English-language learners. Each reading is my own narration and presentation, created to provide an engaging learning experience around children’s literature, not to replace the books themselves.
I encourage families to borrow or purchase the books featured on the channel and explore more books from their authors and publishers. Nothing beats having a story in your hands, flipping through the pages, and sharing a book together.
Stories are read without mid-roll ads, so children can enjoy the reading from beginning to end without an advertisement interrupting the story.
