In this newest episode of Passion Meets Craft with the Just Dance team, @Littlesiha breaks down her own approach to scoring, while the teams at Ubisoft behind Just Dance reveal just how much precision sits behind every point. Through the years, the game has had to keep pace with evolving consoles, with some systems being discontinued along the way, pushing the team to build its own camera scoring technology to keep that same precision alive, move for move. The team also works closely with choreographers on every map, making sure each move fits the song's difficulty and reads perfectly for the scoring system.
Nothing here is left to chance, every move is measured.
