I'm trying to create an online content house where everyone involved pitches in hours of production on a diverse range of projects that we collectively choose to work on together. These projects can vary widely in nature and scope and don't necessarily have to be anime-related. It's important to clarify that this isn't just an editing job; I'm seeking partners and collaborators rather than employees. The goal is for everyone involved to benefit from this collaboration.
Since the group is collaborative, compensation will currently be in the form of skill exchange, bartering, marketing assistance, revenue sharing, percentage of future earnings, resources or equipment, and future paid work. The main appeal of this content house is for each person to have a team of editors ready to work on their projects and grow together.
To join our online content house as a partner/collaborator, we're looking for individuals who are passionate about content creation, have a strong work ethic, and are willing to commit their time and skills to our collective projects. While specific skills may vary depending on the projects we undertake, a general proficiency in editing, writing, or other relevant areas of content production would be advantageous. Additionally, communicating effectively and working collaboratively within a team setting is essential. If you're enthusiastic about joining forces to create compelling content and are ready to invest your time and energy into our shared goals, we'd love to hear from you.
