General Sebastiano Di Ravello (voiced by Jon Avner) is the main antagonist of Just Cause 3 and the dictator of Medici. These are Di Ravello's speeches, blared from town speakers, extracted from JC3. I then added speaker sounds and effects and the Medici theme to make them sound more like official propaganda. Includes an unused speech presumably for the mission A Terrible Reaction.
