Going to any popular location on a Bank Holiday is asking for trouble if you don't like queues, lot of people, parking issues etc. Totally unplanned this week I drove to a popular waterfall location in the Brecon Beacons and sure enough the hoards of tourists, hikers and families were everywhere. I managed to find a parking spot & once I had walked out of the back of the overcrowded car park I left the crowds behind. Until I got back to the car later I only saw 5 other people.
