Lawyers gave their closing arguments Thursday in the murder trial of Lindsay Clancy, the Massachusetts mother accused of strangling her three young children.
The jury must now decide whether Clancy is guilty of three counts of murder, which could result in a maximum sentence of life in prison.
If Clancy is found not criminally responsible, she would be committed to a facility.
