Four compostions by Jurriaan Andriessen for 2 flutes, 2 oboes, 2 clarinets, 2 bassoons and 2 French horns performed by The Dutch Wind Ensemble. Composed at the occasion of the XXIInd International Congress of Physiological Sciences. First performed during a dinner with connected (respiratory) physiologists on 12-9-1962. Produced and distributed by Riker Laboratories Limited, producer of the first self-propelled aerosol device for inhalational therapy for bronchial asthma, the Medihaler. The composer dedicated this suite to Dr. Wallace O. Fenn.
