前作『id – イド』（’20年）以来、約2年振りとなるフル・アルバム。コロナ禍で活動が制限される中でも楽曲制作を継続し、練りに練り上げられた10曲を収録。前作同様、コ・プロデューサーとしてDOOMのTakashi“CBGB”Fujitaを迎え、ヴォーカル・ワークに大きく貢献するとともに、ワンフレーズのコーラスでレコーディングへも参加。また前作から参加のWATANABE＜B＞も2曲（「Cave Sorrow」、「朝5時に戦争が始まる」）を提供し、バンドに新たな息吹を吹き込んでいる。またHIZUMI＜Vo＞とのコーラスでの掛け合いも、前作以上に迫力を増した印象だ。
全体的に（彼らにしては）長めの楽曲が多く、この2年間という制作過程を感じさせるとともに、その成果が存分に反映された作品といえるだろう。オープニングから雪崩れ込むように展開される「A Small World」～「暗い部屋の黒い猫 (Black cats in the dark room)」から、聴く者を一気にJURASSIC JADEワールドへと引きずり込み、以降も彼らならではの緊張感とダイナミズムを伴う楽曲が連なる構成はさすがの一言。また彼等には珍しい6分超えの大作で本作のハイライトともいえる「No Cherry Blossom」は、これまでにない楽曲構成で新たな可能性を提示した意欲作だ。
昨今の世界情勢や国内問題を想起させるような歌詞が多く見受けられ、難しい表現を並べ立てるのではなく、簡易な言葉で深淵な世界を描く手法は本作でも健在で、HIZUMIならではのワードセンスが一段と光る内容となっている。またHIZUMIのヴォーカルはさらに自由度を増し、圧倒的な存在感を放ちながら生々しく響く！ コーラス部分での立体的なミックスも非常に効果的だ。
新たなチャレンジや新境地を切り開いたともいえる彼らの最高傑作がここに誕生した！

22年ぶりに発見された約20本のDATテープから、名盤「I Bring You Down to Underground」の曲を中心に、1stから5thアルバムまでの曲が万遍なくセレクトされた11曲のライブ音源は、スケールの大きなライブ・バンドならではのグラマラスでサイケデリックな魅力をさらに引き出し、全5作の録音を手掛け7人目のメンバーでもあるエンジニア、原浩一の手により音響ポップの輝きを増し、オリジナル・アルバムでは知ることの出来なかったアザー・サイド・オブ・ラブクライがここに！

［ラブクライ／LABCRY］三沢洋紀のソロ・プロジュクトとして1995年に活動スタート。97年に須原敬三とのコンビで「A MESSAGE FROM THE FOLKRIDERS」、その後メンバーを加え98年「COSMOS DEAD」をOZディスクより発表。ホーム難波ベアーズでのライブは、スカム・ブーム直後ではあったが破壊的な様相を呈し、自身のライブ・イベントに呼んだ某氏からは「麻薬をやっているような音楽だね」と声を掛けられたほど。関西を中心にした活動が全国的に評判を呼び、麻田浩のBISHAMON レーベルより99年「平凡」を発表、ここで三沢洋紀、NANA、清水恒輔、斉藤晃彦、宮地健作、村上ゴンゾと黄金期のメンバーが揃う。そして2001年、満を持し日本コロムビアのVibeonレーベルよりの「I Bring You Down to Underground」で全国に知れ渡り同年フジロックに出演。2003年には、スマッシュ・ヒット「ハートのビート」を含む金字塔的傑作「LABCRY」を発表したが2005年活動休止。昨2022年8月より本年10月にかけて、オリジナル・アルバム5作がLP化発売され、本年4月に、18年ぶりのワンマン・ライブを大阪ベアーズで行い大盛況(10月には東京でも開催)。グラマラスで大きなうねりを持つサイケデリック・ロックは変わらず今なお健在である。")
