I was hoping to do this for the trip moon transit last month, but I'm happy to at least capture this. This time lapse was taken over 2hours and 45min.

Shot with Canon T3i at prime focus of my Celestron C8 on the CG-5 eq mount with dual axis drives for tracking.

I shot a 30s video every 5 min. Videos shot with the t3i's 10x digital zoom mode. Ended up with 33 frames.
Each video was prepared with PIPP and stacked with RegiStax6 It took a long time to process each frame. It turned out better than I had hoped!
