I made this for a friend who found this lovely old book - the insides were falling apart and the bottom right hand corner on the front cover was badly damaged. I managed to fix this and luckily the spine was in good condition. I replaced the inside pages with a 5 signature book block and used the hollow binding technique to attach thus so my friend has new writing journal that, when sitting on the bookshelf, will look like the original book.
