I use an Epson Workforce 3540. It's an older model, but I love the print quality and the Durabrite ink is fantastic and water resistant! I'm linking you to the newer model that is available, but I have not used it myself so I can't gurantee that it's exactly like mine.

I use Staples or Office Depot Double-Sided Matte Photo Paper for anything that I want to have a cardstock weight (such as journal cards or Traveler's Notebook Insert covers)
