Download 2.2: srb2.org/download

Steps:
1. Download 2.2
2. Extract
3. Place the .pk3 mod file in the "addons" folder in 2.2 extracted folder.
4. Launch 2.2
5. In the main menu, select addons
6. Select addons folder
7. Activate the JunioSonic.pk3 mod by selecting or "jumping" on it
8. Use a no-save file; Junio Sonic will be playable from character select
