This may be old news for some of you or an upcoming problem for others.
The ribbon cables of the Jumper T16 Pro radio have been problematic for a lot of people. If your switches become unresponsive or sticky, these ribbon cables are probably the reason why.
I had purchased my radio locally but I wanted to try JUMPER's support on this matter. They were supposed to be sending upgraded ribbon cables completely free of charge but they were not able to do so to my location. I was instructed to visit their AliExpress store, contact the store for a discount and in the end I had to pay for the postage cost... It was not much but it was annoying...
