Jump Ring Plier with Chisel Nose
Chain nose pliers are great for holding and manipulating jump rings. Sometimes, though, a chain nose plier is just too generic and you need it to just do a better job.
This is the better Jump Ring Plier!
Xuron looked very hard at how wire artists use jump rings. When holding jump rings, chain nose pliers grip nicely, but the jump rings are curved. Because the rings are curved, the tip of the plier "protrude" toward the center of the ring and can block your view when doing chain maille projects.
The Xuron Jump Ring Plier have a chisel shaped tip. When you grip the side of a jump ring, the shape of the tip "follows" the curve of the ring leaving the center free. It might sound silly, but working with lots and lots of jump rings, that little bit of help can just what you need.
The jaws of these pliers are 3mm wide and about 9mm long, perfect for gripping a jump rings. The overall length of the pliers is approximately 4-7/8" long. They also have all of the features that make Xuron pliers great!
