On a roll at the moment, this really came out of nowhere. Despite getting a new PB just hours before this, I didn't expect to get such a good one so quickly. I've mentioned the sub 10 0 falls run before, and so maybe I have to come back and get that sometime. However, this run will do for a long time (I will be satisfied with this PB for a long time).
Definitely my fastest pace into Crimson Rupture which helped absolutely demolish my PB despite that fall in Lost Sanctum. After falling, I went for that risky strat in Crimson by entering Sanctum on the left. The risk with this is that if you fail the 2f, you fall much further through Crimson which is why I tend not to do that.
Now I shall fulfil the rest of my promise and tackle Ghost of the Babe with Boots + Ring (but actually speedrun it).

Unnerfed/hardcore version.
Definitely a solid run, even with all those falls and mistakes. I did say something at the end, but my microphone didnt pick it up. I just said that it was decent. Considering the map is so short, it probably could be done in around 7-8 minutes or so.

I found that Stormwall Pass, Bargainburg and False Kings Keep are the most annoying areas when speedrunning this because they have the tightest, most awkward jumps.

Been real close to catching negative cycle on many occasions, but I felt it would be better to just continue on those slightly behind paces and get a much better 0 cycle time. That way, now that my focus will be on negative, Ive got all the practice I need for it.
I feel pretty confident about my consistency, especially in Underburg where I seem to do pretty well at chimney skip and found a couple of really good setups at the very start and end. Will likely come back in 2-4 weeks to get negative cycle.
Slight static-y noise in the background I believe is my ceiling fan. New mic pog. Also, I was a bit scared throughout the run as I had noticed that my game wasnt running very smoothly, and there are a few instances where that is particularly noticeable.
