1st Character of the new season pass is Todoroki Shoto.

He's pretty legitimately broken imo. His damage output is insane and he has rather good skills.

The last two combos are resets. For whatever reason you can adjust your timing on landing the square combo from the skill jump cancel and the combo resets, meaning of course ridiculous damage.
