Here's Meruem's video.
He's okay imo but nothing too special in terms of gameplay style. He's fairly linear and can rack up big damage rather easily making him a big threat. After he lands the special where he munches on the opponent, any of his next specials are slightly buffed and deal different debuffs to the opponent granting Meruem additional utility.

Here is a combo exhibition featuring the characters from both Naruto: The Last and Boruto Movies. The combos in the video are performed while the opponents subs are on cooldown and utilize the guard break item to extend the combo, as well as assure that they cannot act. The AI is set to guard, substitute, and rebound when possible; if performed correctly the combos are unavoidable.
