Jojo characters are unknown to me... All I know is they tend to repeat "ora ora ora ora..." when attacking and most of their interactions appear to be rapid jabs. Dio is probably the most prevalent character from the series, I see him thrown around in death battles often enough.
Well, anyway, here's Jotaro. He has moderate strength but middling range. His partner is his main attacking hitbox and he pretty much appears in set locations, never straying too far from Jotaro. So you have to be really close to your opponent to land blows. Overall, his skills work well and allow him to burn meter in succession to deal slightly above average damage.
