Next up is Deku!
Despite having a fairly good and entertaining combo game, Deku's damage output is rather mediocre. He's still quite fun and well represented though. Honestly, I think he could've benefited more from a stronger representation of his shoot style in his moveset. The jump cancel off the Manchester Smash opens up a nice variety of combo options and even allows Midoriya to burn all 5 of his meters into his Ultimate.

Guilty Gear Season 2 is out and the Ky buffs are real. Overall buffs improves each characters combo game and opens up new routes for the whole roster. Air combos returning lends interest to the game in general, so Id say Season 2 was successful in revitalizing the game for me.
