We're finally back to having normal sessions.
I feel like it's been months since I could just go out for a normal Saturday session with no bigger project in mind.
It's nice to have most of everything wrapped up for the summer.
This session was a bit of a mess though.
Our first 2 spots were complete busts. Me and Caleb had gone out of our way to wake up extra early to beat the heat. We'd met up at 8am, drove 30 minutes away to a warm up spot and were busted within 5 minutes.
It was just me him and Anthony for the few couple of hours as well... I didn't think I was even going to be able to make anything with my lack of turn out.
Finally Heath rolled up and the party started.
First spot was a perfect rock.
Jagged, unwaxed, multiple block-on-the-ground run up.
Tailor made for skating.
It actually was fun though.
What wasn't fun was the 7 different spots we tried to skate to no avail.
Finally, we ended up a covered ledge.
Thank goodness too, because it started raining.
We made the best of it, that's really all you can do.
As I say at the end of the video, thank you to everyone that reached out to us and bought some of the shirts/wheels/books.
It's sooo sick to see it all in real life.
