I do not know who filmed the above video. Joan Stanley was at that time the head of the Montana Tea Party. She organized the parade in Bozeman on that Independence Day nine years ago with help from her Bozeman Tea Party committee.

That parade was where I first met ernie-wayne: ter Telgte. He showed up to march, along with 2,000 other Tea Party Patriots from Bozeman, and introduced himself to me just before the parade began. He has continued to introduce himself to me during the subsequent nine years, lol. ;)
