DR3 came out a year ago but I still love this anime so much!! And to celebrate the end of exams I wanted to work on a little personal project. Everything Black is such a good song, and the first time I heard it I got so much insp I knew I had to make an AMV with it. This was the result!!
Side note, I made the title Blackout because I didn’t want to get sued by DL.
This is also my first attempt at ever making an audio edit! Originally I had way more sound effects at the bass drop, but it sounded claustrophobic so I removed the majority of it. Honestly I had debated not using sound effects at all, but I had spent so much time thinking about and searching for FX that I kept some.
Also, I tried to make the lyrics and the clips I used match. So for example, the part where it says ‘I wait for you to come around’ I put Hinata and Chiaki from the Despair Arc. I thought it was really fun!
Fun fact: it took around five hours to download ten episodes in high quality. Afterwards I gave up and didn’t download the rest of them. If you pay attention, you can see that I only used clips from these few episodes rip
