Master of the Queen's Music, Judith Weir, talks about the premiere performance in 1985 of her carol 'Illuminare, Jerusalem'. The carol was commissioned specially for A Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols, and the live premiere performance is included in the new album celebrating 100 years of the world-famous Christmas Eve service.
