In some crazy breaking news, a Delaware judge just voided Elon Musk's 2018 Tesla compensation plan. This case was brought by a shareholder with 9 shares!? WTF. This is a total surprise and marks a moment I never thought would happen in American Capitalism ... one where a court can overrule the fair democratic process of a public company.
