In some crazy breaking news, a Delaware judge just voided Elon Musk's 2018 Tesla compensation plan. This case was brought by a shareholder with 9 shares!? WTF. This is a total surprise and marks a moment I never thought would happen in American Capitalism ... one where a court can overrule the fair democratic process of a public company. This has PROFOUND implications for the American corporate system, innovation here, and obviously Tesla as well. It's still an evolving situtation, let me know what you think in the comments.
