Judge Penney Azcarate was presented with information that had been conveniently doctored, which allowed her to interrupt Gina Deuters testimony and ask her if she had been watching the trial. The screenshot she had been presented with, was from a post well over a year ago and yet presented as having happened during this very trial. As this would have been against the rules, an inquiry was held, and Mrs Deuters was removed from the stand and her entire witness testimony struck from the record.
