Judge John E. Jones ruled and presided over the the 'Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District' trial. Many see Judge Jones as a hero for the Neo-Darwinian evolutionary movement. However, his ruling was found to be plagiarized! In fact, his plagiarism was copied and pasted from ACLU lawyer Eric Rothschild (a lawer in the Dover trial). Literally, 90% of Jones' ruling is a word-for-word copy of Rothschild's article. Despite this shameless act of plagiarism, Darwinian fundamentalists still support Judge Jones.
