"DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A DeKalb County judge accused of misconduct admitted to making mistakes but is asking for a reprimand instead of a 90-day suspension.
On July 20, Judge Yolanda C. Parker-Smith was named in formal charges filed with the Judicial Qualifications Commission Hearing Panel. She is accused of jailing an attorney for being late, threatening to jail prosecutors and refusing to take the bench to return indictments in open court."
