Today, we’re in court to appeal Big Ag’s efforts to bankrupt me after I rescued two dying birds from a Whole Foods factory farm.
Over the last few years, Whole Foods and its suppliers have sued me, smeared me, and had me thrown in jail. Today, we appeal one of the most absurd results: a judge’s issuance of a $300,000 judgment against me… after forgetting to have a trial. #RightToRescue
