***** IMPERFECTIONS of human beings often makes them unpredictable and even strangely interesting at times. But they also lead to frequent discouragement, psychological entrapment, feelings of inadequacy, and frustration ending in irreversible results. This work is a study of the FRAGILITY OF THE HUMAN PSYCHE which can be driven by money, status, work, and other short term gratifications. Judas, a well-known historical figure, did not escape this struggle.
SSATBB; text Richard Woodward (former organist, Christ Church, Dublin) and Josef Weinheber (Austrian lyric poet)

I conducted an international festival at Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin, and saw a musical canon inscribed on the back wall of the sanctuary, attributed to Richard Woodward, Mus.D., organist at Christ Church who died Nov. 22, 1777 " in the 34th year of his Age." The Church dedicated the inscription on the wall in his honor. I wrote it down and it is represented in this work. In this protagonist/antagonist character of Judas, Woodward's text represents GOOD over evil. The antagonist (JUDAS) is represented by Austrian poet Josef Weinheber in this very poignant text,.
