After Id guess 12+ hours of attempts I finally got the one.

Some notes on strategy and playstyle:
Dont get hit.
Seriously though, every attempt started the same, get the thermite, saw the first tree and check the 2 cars closest to where the escape will be Though the one I get in the run is superior because you get more cover. If the vault isnt there, reset. If you get the vault, I start the thermite and then try to make progress on everything else, Sawing the escape trees so that I can make the plane arrive without grabbing the chainsaw, getting some civs down for stockholm syndrome, grabbing the crowbar, getting drills set up on the 2 potential C4 cars and grabbing ladders, after my 1 min 30 seconds are up I made my way to the hose and sorted it out.
Regular cops and snipers still spawn as theyre forced or something Im not a coder and they were the real danger due to their much higher rate of fire and accuracy. Dozers also cannot one shot you thanks to how theyre coded if you have armour, so they need to get 2 shots in that hit as opposed to the one shot one kill of the sniper.
My build focused on being able to get myself up, I had a chance of getting up automatically, the ability to revive myself if I got a kill while down, Which is only useful on the forced cop spawns, I never got any shield-dozer kills in my god knows how many attempts, and stockholme syndrome which not only allows me to get out from custody 1 time it gives me 30 seconds to try and get a kill to get myself up Normally you fail the heist automatically after about 8, which is frustrating
The reason I took a thanatos over the more powerful bow which would allow me to get 10% more dodge with the skill, Which can 1 shot snipers wherever it hits over the headshot 1hit kill bodyshot 2 hit of the thanatos, is that at long range I had much more difficulty trying to hit the sniper from the other side of the map, literally, with the bow, rather than the sniper which was much more reliable for me.
Some things I noted while playing the heist:
The first set of 2 snipers spawn at 3:30 which is why I wait for them.
The hose can be disconnected 2 or 3 times before its completed with the asset, I dunno if its RNG or based on the timer.
When moving the bomb its probably better to move the 2 heavier bags manually and throw the other two together like I did.
