Geraint Luff:
Geraint Luff is a musician, audio software developer & educator. Geraint is well-known and beloved in the REAPER community for a range of JSFX Plugins that have truly raised the bar in terms of what’s sonically, as well as graphically, possible to do in EEL2.Having begun his musical journey at a very young age, he had already grown weary of practicing piano scale by the age of 8, at which point he began using his first composing software. To date, he has released 3 albums in the realm of alternative/indie pop, though each album explores various different sonic and textural territories, from the darker, more synth-heavy debut album ’Sky Full of Songs’ to the more orchestrally rich ‘paper thunderstorm’, one of the two albums he released in 2017. He continues to be involved in various collaborative musical projects & choir groups. In the realm of coding he is proficient in a number of languages including C/C++, Javascript, Python, MATLAB and of course EEL2.He has worked for a variety of companies throughout his decade-long career as a software developer, and in March 2020, he founded SignalSmith Audio, a Uk-based audio software company, of which he is also the director.
