If you get 6 bottles without any of them being the red potion bottle, then upon obtaining this bottle you'll get the OoT Hookshot (Item 0x11) in your 1st bottle slot.

Item 0x11 acts like the pictobox in every way. You can even show NPCs the pictures you've taken to get the HP or the Seahorse. It's pretty neat!
This is 1.0 exclusive, doesn't work in 1.1
Besides red potion, none of the other 5 bottles in the game seem to do this.
