This is my 2nd collaboration with Alex Hugo. I really loved working on our first collab, In Love. Alex is such a great collaborator. Incredible vocal talent and songwriter, and he's down for any direction for the project to take.
I was really nervous at the start of this one, because I could tell how meaningful the lyrics were to him. I wanted to do it justice. In the end, I'm so happy with how the song turned out. I've taken so many long walks listening to this song as it developed, and I think that's really great context to listen to it in.

i dont like a lot of christmas music, but i like the feeling that christmas music gives me. does that make sense? i made this album with the intent of making christmas music that provides that cozy and nostalgic feeling, but that i also can actually enjoy. this was kind of a spur of the moment project that i started 3 weeks ago. i hope you like it.
