It's hard to choose joy while you're battling with loss, stress, and are just trying to function somewhat normally through it all.
It's hard to choose joy when you're constantly asking yourself why your friends haven't left you yet, and when you'll finally be good enough for something.
It's hard to choose joy when the world doesn't.
I'm doing my best to choose it anyways.
Uhhhh I'm gonna like... dedicate? this to Jared Kinz? He keeps telling me that my WMVs are really good or something and I wouldn't make one to the song he suggested because E major with zero harmony on a string instument.... Why would you even make that a thing. Um. Anyways, I wouldn't make one to the song he suggested but I made this so I hope it's good enough.
And besides that, he's a really amazing person who puts up with me and has also reinforced my Christian values at a time when I really needed them to be reinforced. I don't think it's physically possible for me to describe exactly how much that means to me...
Can I just say that "Lighthouse" by Patrick Watson is such a beautiful song and yet so... depressing all at the same time... It's honestly amazing.
