This is a very rare recording of the great banjo composer Joe Morley playing his own composition solo. Although he wrote hundreds of tunes and is recognised at the most important composer of classic banjo music he only ever recorded two sides on his own.

The 78 is Homochord DD-903 and was recorded sometime before December 15 1925.
