Zippy's was born from simple beginnings by two brothers, Francis and Charlie Higa. Fast forward more than 58 years later, and through their hard work and vision, Zippy's has become a beloved Hawaii institution with 23 locations on Oahu, Maui, Hawaii Island, and now, their first location outside of Hawaii -- Las Vegas!
