Some fun journaling with no theme, no agenda, and no pressure. Just bring your journal and whatever mediums you feel like working with ... and we'll see where this hour takes us. My rule of thumb usually is to pick up to 5 colors (inks or acrylics), white gesso and some pencils/crayons. I pick my colors based on what "feels" right in the moment -- and tune into whatever positive or negative energy I'm experiencing.
