You will learn and practice what to write in a journal with my guided journaling prompts as I walk you through writing prompts to push your thinking and give you ideas on what to write in your journal. These can be used as everyday journal questions to cultivate the habit of journaling.
My hope is that these live journaling sessions will also help you stay consistent and accountable to the habit of journaling so that you can practice!
