In this "Journal With Me" series, I walk you through guided journal prompts on various topics and themes to show you that journaling doesn't have to be long to be effective.
You will learn and practice what to write in a journal with my guided journal writing prompts for adults, I walk you through writing prompts to push your thinking and give you ideas on what to write in your journal. These can be used as everyday journal questions to cultivate the habit of journaling.
My hope is that these live journaling sessions will also help you stay consistent and accountable to the habit of journaling so that you can practice!
