This live stream video is the Tuesday morning virtual journaling session in community with sister journalers who meet to share good vibrations, inspirations as we download in our journals what's on our hearts, minds and spirits.

Additionally, we sit in meditation focusing on our heart beating, breath or expansion of our diaphragm. Black women 50 years of age and older are encouraged to sit in a comfortable space to begin the day on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30 a.m. EDT
