Hey there Artistic Friends! This video is all about a really bad place I was in last year and how a journal got me through it. Today I got that journal out and realized just how much I learned and grew while working in it. Not only did this journal help me find hope in a hopeless situation, I began to explore my dreams and artistic abilities.

The journal is made from an old quilt and some forgotten scrapbook paper. I used scraps of wrapping paper, labels, stickers, and Christmas seals to help tell the stories within the pages. Watch as I flip through and notice themes embedded within. So many things are clear to me now, a whole year later, and I can see what a valuable healing tool this journal really was/is.
