When Joshua Leonard picked up this twin-chine 20ft Shark Cat centre console, it was little more than a bare hull on a trailer. Fast-forward 18 months, and it’s a slick 50-knot weapon powered by twin 150HP Yammies. To top it off, Jim Anderson, Shark Cat’s head honcho from 1978 to 1986, jumps onboard to see it for himself.
