A Michigan inmate who was caught smuggling an entire bottle of Pinot in her... "prison purse," has avoided aa firm sentence.

She was initially arrested for trespassing at a CVS, and officers noticed she had some difficulty getting into the car.

Not too long after, she was searched and the bottle was discovered.
