The filing details the circumstances surrounding the death of 7-year-old Jor’Dynn Duncan on December 29th, 2025, in Bayport, New York. Jor’Dynn had been placed in the home of her father’s fiancée, 50-year-old Emily Kelly, by Child Protective Services on December 4th, 2024.
