Vanlife in France Is Easy – Unless You Press the wrong button.
We are usually pretty confident with French Aires by now, but in this episode we made a simple mistake at a service point that left us feeling rather foolish (and without water!). It’s a good lesson in how the automated systems work over there, so hopefully, by sharing our blunder, we can save you from doing the same.
Before the mishap, we were exploring the stunning fortified town of Langres. It’s famous for never having been conquered, and walking the massive ramparts, you can see why. We also dive into the local culture with a very “distinctive” cheese tasting—let’s just say the Langres cheese has a look and smell we won’t forget in a hurry!
