Deconstructing religion can be isolating, confusing, and deeply painful, especially when your identity, relationships, and sense of meaning are tied to it.
This bi-weekly Religious Deconstruction & Trauma Support Group is a structured, trauma-informed space for people leaving or recovering from high-demand religions. We focus on connection, understanding, nervous system regulation, grief, boundaries, and rebuilding trust in yourself.
Starts: January 20, 2026 - From 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM MST (Via Zoom)
Cost: $60/ month
Runs for 20 meetings over 10 months to allow for community building and slow integration.
You don’t need to have it all figured out, you just need a place where your experience makes sense.
