Hardip is the Manager of a family business and a Special Constable within the West Region of Police Scotland.

Hardip joined Police Scotland as a Special Constable 20 years ago after being encouraged by local Community Police Officers. He thought initially it wasn’t for him but has never looked back and loves policing his small rural community:
