Jeremy Johnson, CEO, allegedly of GBI, brother spoke to us about POT, near the LEGAL POT FARM. Before the FACT, that a man, "Emerson", and another were in CONTROL, of dispersing dividends, that were NOT forth coming, even though the POT farm of GBI, near Salinas was VERY productive and Profitable.
Since this filmed interview, alleged "Emerson", and another had to be BOUGHT off to leave, and another person put in their Place, who ALSO has not dispersed long over due "Dividends". And investigator William Wagener was shown large bins with buds, allegedly from the GBI FARM, but we were NOT allowed that day or on a LATER day to SEE & FILM the "FARM". So Johnson seen here is alleged CEO, at that time, Jeremy's Brother.
ONLY after a lot of investors got really angry, was it decided by someone to take out a multi-million $ loan for GBI, to buy allegedly "EMERSON" and another "operator" of the farm to relinquish control, and go away, Allegedly.
After years of waiting for distribution, it may be time to file a formal Complaint, by investors, to have both the State of California, and the Federal Drug Agency, FBI, and other TRACE down how many Millions of dollars just went "missing" with Zero accountability ;for months, and have it all investigated.
Not till Wm Wagener went to their GBI office in San Diego County with camera RoLLing did Jeremy Johnson {not seen here} even talk to Wm Wagener, an accredited investor living in California. Even then, Jeremys Story did not seem believable, but finally Wm Wagener, & another investor [J.F.] finally got a long delayed cash dividend. And after that NEVER again.
The bait and switch to C Quantrant which was another "Project" for dumping money, while avoiding
details about GBI dividends that NEVER appear, while refusing inspections to see if the excuses are real or a delaying tactic... seem endless.
All William Wagener wanted was the TRUTH. And it seem to be NEVER coming. Could it be
