One day I asked myself what is it like to be John Star Fox? Well now I don't have to wonder because I tried out what I am calling the John Star Fox run which is realistically just an immersive experience.
Thanks to the remake allowing first person the whole time you're able to be John Star Fox from start to finish, barrel rolls included as disorienting as they may be. There's a slight issue in my run where I accidentally go out of 1st person for like half a second in Aquas but I feel it didn't invalidate the run for me personally and was just an accident.
Needless to say, I have the camera set for immersion, there are no restarts, no deaths, no retries, nothing. Just one run regardless of mistakes or teammates.
